Refund and Returns Policy

We are happy to refund your order on the criteria below. 

  1. Once you have received your goods, the return request form must be completed and sent through to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  2. The goods need to be complete, unused and undamaged, and with all original packaging.
  3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us.

  1. If your item is faulty, we will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.



To start a return, you must contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a return shipping label free of charge or the return address for you to send the order back at your own cost. PLEASE NOTE, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to cancel your order or change of mind
To start a cancellation, you must contact us at [email protected] ASAP and before your order has been given a tracking number, otherwise your order can not be cancelled.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item
If you were accidentally sent the wrong item, you must contact us at [email protected], and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and supply you with a returns label for the wrong item

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, usually 5–7 days.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will be notified once your return is processed.

Please Note:

The product must be returned in its original condition, including the packaging, without any damage or signs of use. Failure to comply may result in a restocking fee or refusal of the return.
The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your projector, as indicated by the delivery tracking information.
Our free returns policy is only applicable to orders placed directly through our official website or authorized retailers.
